This hotel was holiday base for exploring Chalong, liked it. The staff was helpful in managing every request. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice for Chalong, near the airport as well as good restaurants and good places to have protein shakes. It also was as anywhere in the area...

In general, I appreciated my clean room with comfortable bed. Had marvellous location as anywhere in the area.

The accommodation was superior. the pool was great. - Beds were very comfy. - the room was huge and comfy with a window that opened onto garden. - the location was unbeatable and great: a market and shops were within walking distance.

Perfectly clean and huge rooms. Very beautiful and fresh bottles of water. Electric kettle and fridges are available in the rooms.

The king room I requested was spotless and had a comfortable bed. the room provided an electric kettle, a fridge, and a personal safe. the hotel's location is convenient, being situated near night markets, cafes, restaurants, and fight training camps.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room. It would have been helpful to have a designated space for meetings or business-related activities.

The location was great, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main road. the garden was beautiful and added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. the room was spacious and provided plenty of space for us to relax and unwind.

One major issue we encountered was the lack of communication and helpfulness from the staff. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception to assist us and we had to figure things out on our own.

Great spot for exploring around here! We had a blast at the awesome pool 🏊‍♀️. the owner was really helpful and the food provided was enjoyable.

I stayed at Pennapa Chalet for my training camp and it was perfect! The location is ideal, just a short walk to the gym and surrounded by great places to eat. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was a nice retreat after training, and the washing machine was a convenient bonus. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back in November.

I had a great stay at a perfect place for my boxing training. The room was clean, the swimming pool was refreshing, and the beautiful plants all around added a nice touch. The owner and his wife were helpful and made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel.
